Mediation

Salt Lake County has a voluntary mediation program available to assist employees resolving informal disputes with co-workers or supervisors. An employee can request to use mediation services by calling Salt Lake County Human Resources 468-2351.

Mediation is entirely confidential and voluntary. The mediator is a trained impartial facilitator who helps the parties enter into dialogue with each other and seek mutual resolution of their differences.
